I feel great today after doing yoga yesterday. I was nervous about participating because I am new to yoga and not very flexible. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. It was also a great time to bond with my baby!

The space is inviting and well organized. It was my first time with the Yin style. The instructor was kind and helpful demonstrating adaptations based on my needs and at the same time the flow of the class was not disturbed. She had a soft melodic voice which I found relaxing.
