• I was able to get an appointment at the last minute to alleviate the pain and discomfort that I was feeling in my lower back. Cesar did a great job in working out the stiffness and provided me with several suggestions and exercises I could do at home to continue treating the condition. Happy to say that 3 days later, my range of motion has greatly increased and the level of discomfort has declined substantially.
