• I felt VIVE is addressing COVID-19 very well and safety precautions were being taken which made me feel safe. Nicole is really great as I feel she takes me seriously with my pain and tries to put a good plan in place to manage it. I haven't been there for a longer massage in a while because of what is going on in the world so 90 minutes felt heavenly yesterday, honestly felt like 45 minutes even though the clock was right! I am a little sore today but I know that means she got the spots that needed attention and I always feel overall better after seeing her. Thanks for asking for feedback.

• From the moment you walk in the business it’s extremely clean as before, with added sanitation improvements to comply with current pandemic standards, but also to keep clients and all staff safe which I appreciated and will ensure I return. Everything you may need to touch, when down to the pens, are sanitized after one use. As always my service with Mila was top notch and I feel pain relief after just one session back.
