• Lisa is so intuitive to what I need. I don’t know what I need during appointments. My last appointment I was really stressed and holding it in my body. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Leaving the appointment I feel a million pounds lifted off me and I am able to take full breaths again. Lisa took extra time to show we some self care exercises I could do on my own. Way above and beyond!

• Had a great session with Katie. Upon entering the room, she asked me how I was feeling and what areas of my body would need any type of special attention. After listening to my responses, she explained what she planned to do during our session and why she felt it was the best way to approach my issues. After we were done, she gave me specific stretch exercises to do at home to continue to improve my muscles.
