• This was my second massage with Sue. She really helped relieve the tightness and tension in my neck and shoulders and not only could I feel the difference but I could see it as well--in a totally relaxed state my shoulders were more open and my overall posture was improved as well. I also did not realize I had tension in my hands and feet but after Sue massaged my hands and feet they felt ten times better and I noticed myself flexing them less while working at my desk the rest of the day. She gave me some exercises to try to help maintain mobility and manage discomfort in my problem areas after the massage was done as well.
