• I had never done Pilates before and now I try to go 3 times a week, the instructors are so nice & helpful, they they ask at the start of every class if you have any sore muscles or tightness so they can tailor the exercises to suit you, I feel I've definitely gained strength & tone over the 3 months I've been going to Viva Life
