Same as last time, Lara makes the session enjoyable so time flies. I like the room and the booking process. I like the time options although would prefer to have 5 weeks to book my 8 sessions as I often have to book a week in advance to get the day/times I want.

I love everything about Viva. I love that after a busy day at work, I can come in and do something good for me that helps me unwind and de-stress. I love that we're all accepted as we are, and that the exercises are modified to meet us where we're at on any given day. I love that there is no talk about "summer bodies" and that mental health is valued as much as physical health.
