The atmosphere is positive and professional. Also workouts are never boring and always changing and providing options.

Celine was sooo welcoming and supportive! She was so kind and I felt at ease. Studio space was very nice and parking was easy. I would say that the lighting could be a bit softer, especially having to look up when on your back (as a neurodivergent person I love softer lights to feel at ease)
