• i love Lara's classes, she has a way of pushing everyone to get the most out of themselves, whilst still keeping it really fun. Her instructions are clear and easy to understand. The movements are difficult but not fussy or too complex, they seem to accommodate all levels of experience. Her classes seem very considered and flow so well, you're able to lose yourself in them and the time flies by!
