• I would have given a 10 however more staff may be needed. Lacey is a rockstar!! she ran the place herself, drive up clients, indoor clients, non stop phone calls, test, IV's, shots, blankets, movies, consultation for services, etc!! And ran it in Grace vs. stressful. She could have used a helping hand.
