• From the initial call with Annie I felt like I was dealing with a clinic that was professional and knowledgeable. I wish every woman could personally see Dr caplan. Honestly out of 20+ drs I've seen for all my various afflictions, Dr caplan is the only one that made me feel like she knew what was going on from a female health perspective and could truly help me. She made me feel cared for. She listened. And she never once implied that my issues were ‘just aging’ and to put up with it. She offered advice and never once made me feel like my only options were the services provided by her clinic. Nurse Shannea was professional, kind and thorough and even complimentary of the steps and tests I’ve already invested in for my health. She made me feel extremely comfortable and I’m confident I’ll be successful under her care. This was just my first visit - I can’t wait to see where I am in my health journey 6 months from now.
