Because I really like the instructors at vitality. They have classes that are well thought out and flow nicely from one pose to the next. Each class seems to have a well thought out intention and feels complete .

I love walking into a class and learning a new pose. I also love receiving assists and knowing that the teacher can tell what is capable in each student's body and it means a lot to see them meet the student where they are at that day on the mat.
