I feel that Maggy is such an intuitive teacher...everytime I thought to myself I could take this further she transitioned into more and when I was just starting to think this is enough...she pulled back. My body feels sore in a good way and my back feels amazing.

Maggie is a wonderful teacher. I love the space...how it's heated just a little bit and not too much. And love that I can take a shower after class. Since I live 40 mins away, it's great I can clean up after class and then do some errands while I'm out...makes for a nice flow for my day. I just wish I lived closer so I could attend more often.

At vitality yoga flow I always feel welcomed and never judged no matter where I am in my practice. Whether it's been two days or two months since my last class I am always greeted with a smile. Maggie and the other instructors are extremely knowledgeable, clear, calming, and are very helpful during class in a non disruptive and non embarrassing way. I feel whole when I leave class
