• I had such a wonderful experience! I had been referred to Vitality from two friends who have floated and gotten massages there before. I've been having terrible shoulder pain for about 2 years with no massage therapist really being able to get into the target spot successfully. Katie A. did such an amazing job with the consult and really listening to what I was saying and tackling the target area. She spent the whole hour on my shoulders to get deep into the trouble spot and I left feeling SO MUCH BETTER! I will absolutely be back to work with her! I also really enjoyed the floating experience- it was strange at first but once I finally stopped my wandering mind I was able to completely relax and feel totally weightless. I got to the point that I had to question if I was actually still in the water!! I will be back soon!
