• The ambience was soothing and welcoming on site Amanda had hands of an angel! And checked in to see what areas I wanted to focus on. It was my first time doing a float and that was amazing also! I truly enjoyed myself and I would highly recommend people to take a day and treat themselves to some self care with Vitality Spa! 100 out of 10 All of the staff was AMAZING! • The Reflexology therapist knew what she was doing. She kept to time and was very professional but also friendly. The spa is very well appointed and clean and the infrared sauna one of the best I have used.

• The entire facility was lovely. The sauna room was super relaxing. The plants in the entryway were a great touch. The staff was nice and on point with everything Covid related. Stress reduction is important in general and even more so right now. Stepping into Vitality, I was able to step out of my everyday pressures and relax.
