• The instructor was great, students are always friendly and helpful and the classes are so good. I think all of Vitality’s instructors are awesome but I really appreciate Cassie as she looks like me and she has so much energy and has a way of way of walking that looks like she has a spring in her step. Always fun and a great positive experience.
