The instructor, Jess, presented warm, comfortable energy. I am very much out of shape and lack flexibility. Any time I have taken a class or workshop at Vital Touch I feel very comfortable and supported with moving at my level . The instructors are very helpful and attentive to modifications with poses when needed .

I can't say enough about how life-changing this place has been for me! Just walking thru the door brings relaxation & welcome. The staff is awesome! From massage to yoga to special events to the new Gentle Strength class. My husband says I have become a much better woman since my initial visit in Sept 2023. Thank you!💜
