Pre-massage, after explaining what I was looking for in the massage that evening, I felt heard and understood by Preva. During the massage Preva made sure I felt comfortable, and checked in periodically about pressure and temperature. Preva's massages feel intuitive and I leave feeling deeply relaxed, my aches soothed. I always sleep well after.
