Great atmosphere and experience with first new beginner's class! Only feedback is that since it was the first class, would've been helpful to have someone at front desk to direct us where to go or let us know what was going on.

I have nothing negative to say about VTW. The class was just challenging enough, the space was beautiful and very clean and Amanda and staff were lovely. A very firm 10! 😁

Kayla is amazing! She goes above and beyond to address concern and issue areas. I've been getting massages for years before I came to vital wellness and when I would point out an issue area it would be addressed, but she understands all the different ways. Everything connects and helps me identify other issues. I didn't even know were there. The space and environment at the studio is also so friendly, calming and inviting !
