The instructor, Jess, presented warm, comfortable energy. I am very much out of shape and lack flexibility. Any time I have taken a class or workshop at Vital Touch I feel very comfortable and supported with moving at my level . The instructors are very helpful and attentive to modifications with poses when needed .
