Vital cycle has been the perfect kick in my butt. I'll go even if I'm not motivated and say I won't go too hard, or if I'm not feeling 100% and I always end upkicking my own butt on the bike because it's so motivating. I love Keri's muscle class. She is amazing. And last night I took my first 20-20-20 with danielleand it was AMAZING.
