The instructors! Keri, Amanda Sullivan are wonderful teachers and always have a smile and encouragement for everyone. They both obviously take the time to plan their classes and always finding new and challenging exercises! My only complaint is I wish they would bring back spin flex 40/20 or 30/30 class
