The customer service, shop is very clean, up to date and the latest greatest services they offer. Every stylist specializes in something different and it doesn't feel like the regular beauty shops. Every time I go it's like walking into a retreat/spa and my stylist ( Farrah) is always on time and if she's behind by a minute she's updating you why and reassures it want happen again. The other stylist are respectful to you as if you are their client.
