• Violet discussed with me before starting any procedures what areas I was concerned about. Before as well as During the session started, she explained what she was about to do as well as Whether the product being used would be cold, warm, etc. At the conclusion of my session, Violet discussed with me, my concerns about my eyes, Neck and my interest in Scheduling an appointment in 12 weeks. Violet is extremely knowledgeable, and experienced with a pleasant personality. I also was impressed that she did not try to pressure me on purchasing products.
