• I had such a nice experience at Vinyl, yesterday. So. Let’s set the scene: I’m driving up and feel something rumble my tires. I park, and I hear a distinct hissing sound. It’s my back right tire. I swear, cry a little out of stress, call my mom, and then walk into Vinyl. I’m very clearly stressed out but they move quickly to put me at ease. I explain what just happened and my tech, Kate, says “oh. I can ask someone to help change your tire, if you want.” I didn’t realize she was serious. Two wonderful men at the shop come and get my keys while I’m getting my nails done. Twenty minutes later, my keys are back in my hands and my spare is put on. Crisis averted. Now, for the appointment itself. Kate was incredible. Conversation was easy, and I didn’t feel as uncomfortable or self conscious as I normally am about my compulsive nail biting causing my nails to look busted. She did such a lovely job with my nails and I couldn’t be happier. 10/10 would recommend.
