Toni is my stylist and listens to what I want but also prioritizes what's best for my hair type/needs. also love that There is no heavy sales pressure for products or additional services (that happens at big box salons all the time). Also Toni is so good at washing my hair/massaging my scalp, it's like a spa experience!
