• It's always great service and I love my brows. Disappointed however that I had to call to verify my appointment as I never received the day before text and I was told I didn't have an appointment that I booked over a month in advance for a special occasion. If the booking system was changed an email should have gone out to the clients to tell them to call to make sure their previously booked appointments transferred over. Thanks for fitting me in but this was very poor on the business side especially if you knew it happened to a few peoples appointments. If I never called I would have just showed up assuming I still had my appointment.
