The gym is clean. The gym has hours that work for me. The gym equipment is in great condition and well maintained. There is staff there when I need them. The owner is extremely responsive when I email her. There are trainers and other specialists that I can work with. My trainer is knowledgeable and collaborates with me to set and achieve my goals. The locker room facility is well designed and kept clean at all times. The gym offers great value for the price.
