• Several reasons. First of all my daughter was not in good shape and was going to take her to the ER. Because she had too much to drink the night before and was dehydrated. And she could not stop puking. The customer service was excellent. They reached out and was able to get her in first thing in the morning. They treated her with such respect and was so helpful. They were very sincere and felt like they really cared. What an incredible staff. She was able to continue the weekend With all the festivities they had planned. Otherwise she probably would not have been able to get out of bed all day
