• When I made the appointment, I did not know where the facility was, that Katerri give me detailed directions. When I got there, RN Katie gave me the IV, everybody was pleasant, and I went home. I went for what I came for,everybody was nice. My infusion took about 25 minutes, was painless, and I feel better today.
