• I chose the number 10 because Vida- Flo gives hydration directly without a doctor's visit. There were times when I did not find time to hydrate myself properly due to working and other things, and now I have found a way to stay hydrated with a busy schedule. Thanks

• The staff is friendly. My appointment was easy to schedule and the visit was in and out in around 30 minutes. The hydration therapy has been life changing!!! I play competitive tennis and this has made match recovery quick! My body feels better and I have tons of energy. I would recommend it for any athlete.
