  • I think overall my experience was great, but the online menu was missing options, which I told you about and I feel I should have gotten a discount for letting you know about the gaps in the menu. I had to clarify twice after I made the appointment regarding the services I wanted. Also, I think you should have refreshments for your guests-water and tea-as welcoming treats for customers. It would make your salon more vibrant.
