• great customer service, my time felt valued. the esthetician got caught up and was unable to make the original appt time. i understand things happen, it wasn't a big deal. but they rescheduled me for later in the day and comped the facial. also, the super facial is AWESOME. I noticed a difference immediately once the redness subsided in an hr or so after the facial. i'll definitely be back for more in hopes to reverse some of the sun damage i have gotten from spending too much time in my early 20s in the sun lol. thank you
