• Vibez is a very motivational exercise / dance studio. The many choices of exercises provided, the instructors, including the owners - all ALL outstanding! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape or for the experienced - the classes @ Vibez will get you past your plateau, all while having fun together in a group (or private) setting. NO GOAL IS TOO BIG AT VIBEZ - IT STARTS w/ SHOWING UP ! WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE- besides WEIGHT ? WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO GAIN ? EVERYTHING: FITNESS, ENERGY, LONGEVITY, CONFIDENCE, TONED MUSCLES....
