• Our trainer Marcos is well-versed and expert in his practice. He is in tune with the level of ability of his clients. He adjusts to make sure that we are getting the most out of our training. The facilities are clean and up-to-date. The precautions taken for Covid safety are in place and evident. The studio is a gem as our its people.
