• Marcos is fabulous and the studio is great but the owner of the shopping center needs to do a better job with regular upkeep. The parking is not great and the lack of proper snow removal made it very difficult to park and navigate around the already crowded roadway over the last 2 months. There is always trash around on both levels and the stairs have many broken tiles which could be a tripping hazard. Additionally in the evenings there is often a man loitering around the parking lot who appears not to be a patron of any of the businesses. I know that none of these things are the responsibility of Vibez (if so, I'd need to give a much lower score) but as a longstanding tenant it is your responsibility to alert the landlord of these potentially serious issues. Thanks!
