Class was very nice. The sequence was well thought out. The instructor did a good job managing the room, there were experienced yogis and brand new practitioners, that is not an easy task. Plus the hands on assists were great!
Love the classes and instructors. Everyone is always friendly.
Clean space; thoughtful and experienced instructor, helpful receptionist, cold towels at the end of class!
