I love the classes that Lexie instructs. I had not been to class in a while. She made a point to ask how things were going and to let me know that she was glad I was back.
I did the audition class with Chloe. I loved how we moved intentionally. Surprisingly I was so sore in different areas (shoulders) it goes to show changing things up and moving in different ways is really informative! Thanks Chloe!
