Loved both classes - Yin and Hot Sculpt. Both great instructors.
I love how welcoming the classes are of all level of yoga experience/skills I've definitely become more comfortable and stronger since starting classes and when I first came I could barely make it through easy classes and felt zero judgement even then!
The studio is such a great space to relax and connect with your own body & mind. The employees & instructors are sweet & intentional!!
Very inclusive
I think all of your instructors are great. I would give a "10," but I know many of my friends wouldn't like the hot room. We're all over 60, and it's harder to deal with the heat.
