• Quality of the overall service; the staff are helpful, polite, happy. The instructors are brilliant, of high standard and they are fun. They provide individualised attention regardless of size of classes and they know and understand the functioning body. The quality of the venue; it is always very clean as is the equipment we use in yoga; the ambiance is warm and welcoming. It is much loved by all. It is the best I have enjoyed in all my years of yoga and gyms.
