• Yoga with Claire and her team is always amazing. In this virtual world that we are now completing classes I can hear even more the extent of Claire's expertise and knowledge... her instructions have sharpened to assist us as practitioners maintain and extend our practice. Her ease and ability to frame the class as a new environment and allow everyone to settle has been humbling to both watch and experience. The levels of challenge within a home environment are many , but the diversity of solutions from her for individuals again demonstrates the depth of her knowledge and how to facilitate it on any platform. Here is someone who is calmly demonstrating to us all change is ok. ❤️🙏
