Because the hair stylist (Brie) was honest about realistically what could and could not be done, she took the time to understand what I was unhappy with and how she could best meet my needs within the limits of what she could do and what my budget would allow, she was friendly and most of all, she was not pushy and made me feel like we were arriving at a solution together. And finally, she took the time to demonstrate the technique she was doing in order to style the cut and at the end of the appointment asked me if I felt comfortable and confident that I could do what she just demonstrated when she blowdried my hair. Obviously, she really cares about her customers. Anyone can look great walking out of the salon but then the next day you are on your own to style your hair. Sadly, I do not think that I will be back. Not because I did not get excellent service, but because I do not have the means to afford this service once a month which is what I would need.
