I rate Versus Salon a 10 because of my overall experience while there. All the staff is cordial and professional. The salon is clean, and aesthetically upscale, chic and lovely. Further, I appreciate that it is a relatively quiet environment with appropriate music and NO Gossip or drama between stylists and/or clients. Additionally, my stylist (Jasmine J.) takes Excellent care of my long natural hair! She colors and styles perfectly. I so appreciate that she Detangles slowly, with care, not aggressively tugging my hair, particularly while it's wet. (Note: Other salons I have visited do not consider my concerns regarding hair damage and too much hair loss while brushing and Detangling wet hair) Lastly, at Versus Salon, the wait time is minimal, and the staff courteously helps one to relax upon arrival. The Versus salon experience is wonderful and I highly recommend it.
