You guys not only know the right technique to cut and but you know the science of hair and what keeps the curl. I learned that the hard way after leaving you for a season to find someone closer to me who claimed to also be Deva curl certified. The only reason you didn't get a 10 is that you guys are sOOO dang expensive $145 for a cut and style? Yikes. It would be worth it to buy in bulk if that per visit price could come down. For instance, if you had a membership price for x-number of visits. 🙂

I chose the score of 10 because the customer service was amazing. I was informed on several products that could help with my daughter's hair, the staff were very professional, welcoming, and nice. The salon was very clean and organized. My daughter's hair turned out beautiful. Her stylist took her time, showed her skills, and made sure my daughter was comfortable.
