The stylist took her time to make sure the products she used were vegan friendly and she took her time with my haircut being very precise and she was a great conversationalist and the atmosphere was very pleasant

Ari was very thorough and informative. She explained processes and informed me on the products she was using. She provided recommendations, and wrote down the names of the products she used. The service was great. I love my haircut and that I didn't leave with hair dye on my skin. Ari's availability at 0700 on a Saturday was accommodating. She was personable and quickly established rapport. Both her and the other Stylist offered me coffee and water. The store was very clean and the decor was great. The music selection was on point. As someone who is very sensory, this was an excellent experience.

My stylist gave great customer service. Very kind, easy to talk to and offered drinks. She asked if I had allergies, walked me through each product being used and explained each procedure. Her silk press was really good! I have very short hair so I was giving her all kinds of instructions on how to style it🤣 and she never showed any expression of agitation. Well done ps.. oh,and Thanks for the 25% discount email 🫶🏽
