The cut and experience was great I felt my stylist was very knowledgeable and taught me a lot that i will use at home and so happy with my result. My only complaint would be that my appointment was scheduled to start at 12 and I wasn't in the chair talking with my stylist till 1247 and thus didn't leave till 3pm. But I'll definitely return and loved everything else
