I have visited MANY hair salons for services and I have not returned because of the the level of professionalism or the lack of. From the first encounter, the salon manager, stylist, salon owner, and even the clients made this the best experience. The level of knowledge concerning my type of hair, the needs of my hair and hair maintenance was beyond what I had imagined. The time spent educating me concerning product application was exceptional. For the first time, I felt pampered and not as if the visit was routined and rushed. I researched the salon prior to making my appointment and based on the bio of each, and after visiting the salon and observing the diversity of clients and the services, I'm confident ANYONE, no matter hair texture, ethnicity, etc. will receive the best service hands down. I traveled from Newport News and I was not disappointed. There is NO ONE in Hampton Roads that has the wealth of knowledge concerning curly girls hair needs. Five⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!
