I had a great experience, everyone was friendly and welcoming, I felt comfortable in the salon. The staff seemed happy and enjoyed working together. I loved Michelle, she instantly made me feel at ease and took time to talk with me before the cut. Even though my cut turned out much shorter (I didn't think my curls would shrink as much when they were cut dry) and not the exact shape I was hoping for it's still a great cut that will grow out nicely.
