Allie was great and spent so much time teaching me about my hair and walking me through the process. I scored it down to a 9 because I don't believe the pricing was as transparent as it could have been. When making my appointment and placing a deposit, the receptionist did not tell me how much I would be putting down for my deposit. I had to ask. When I went to put after the cut, I was told to pay the "remaining balance" and had to ask what the price was, again. It wasn't until I received my receipt that I saw the FULL price of the cut. Def Worth the price, Allie was amazing and I love my hair! but understanding what I was paying for was like pulling teeth.

Everyone is always super friendly. The Salon took all the necessary safety precautions to make sure everyone felt comfortable and that everything was sanitized. And Shells did an amazing job, as usual.

The amount if patience and knowledge that Alè had was amazing. My daughter never enjoys going to a hair salon because of the long process but she made it so fun and exciting for her. Customer service was outstanding on both the hair stylist and front desk attendant. Cant wait to go back
