My hair was a mess, and the stylists were sympathetic. Took time doing the detangling, explained why they were doing different things and asked me questions. They also educated me on certain things I should be doing with my hair. They discussed the products they were using and what it would do to my hair. I also wasn't double booked, which was great. Excellent service and my hair looked amazing.
