My stylist Shelly and the assistant manager/receptionist was absolutely wonderful the stylist sat down with me introduced herself asked me what I was looking for my expectations pics of a style I liked what services I wanted to confirm and as she did my hair she explained every aspect my she cut my hair first why she cut my hair a certain way when she colored it how long I had never left me alone what products she used and why did I have allergies what I can use to maintain my hair If I was ok did I need water why she used certified temps of water how to style my hair she walked me to reception and recommended products to maintain my hair which I did purchase and a follow up appt which I did book along with one for my daughter Overall great customer experience
